Investing in production
EFFIGEAR is strengthening its production capabilities by acquiring a new industrial machine from Nakamura-tome Precision Industry Co,Ltd.
"This new machine is a major evolution of our production tool," explains David Rouméas, the company's DG in charge of technology."It will allow us to produce our bicycle gearboxes in our workshops from A to Z, to control quality at all stages and will multiply our production capacities by four."
The acquisition of this new production tool was made possible by the company's €1 million fundraising in June 2021. "We are perfectly in line with our global development strategy for EFFIGEAR" continues Vincent Lecornu DG in charge of commercial, "at the time of the fundraising, we had announced that we wanted to invest in the industrial tool and this major acquisition is the first step. It marks a decisive step in our development plan.
