To obtain an extension, you must register your product within the first 30 days of your purchase by filling out the form from your device

In order to proceed with the registration, we need your serial number and the date of purchase. 

• On the top of your gearbox

• In the "Customer Manual", "Check List" section

• Note : The serial number starts with M9V-

If you register your product, you will benefit from an extended warranty :

As a private customer, Effigear offers you a 3-year extension, increasing your total product warranty to 5 years.

For business customers, Effigear offers a 1-year extension, increasing your total product warranty to 2 years.

By registering your product, our team will be able to intervene more quickly in the case of maintenance. In addition, you will be kept informed of the latest developments compatible with your gearbox.
